This is the least technical thing on the menu and the one the clinicians here book for themselves. A compromised barrier makes every other treatment work worse, and a great many people arrive with one because they have been exfoliating a dry, inflamed face for months.

What happens

A double cleanse, a brief enzymatic exfoliation — enzymes rather than acids, because the point is to remove what is already loose, not to dissolve what is holding on — then fifteen minutes of manual lymphatic drainage along the jaw and under the cheekbone. It finishes with a ceramide mask under gentle warmth and a mineral SPF on the way out.

No extractions unless you ask and we agree it is sensible. No machines at all.

Who should book it and who should not

Book it if your skin is tight, dull, or recovering. Do not book it expecting it to change acne, pigment or texture — it will not, and we would rather you spent £120 on something that does. That is also why this is the only treatment on the menu you can book directly: there is nothing here to diagnose.

Monthly is plenty. Weekly facials are a business model, not a protocol.

Before you book this

We would rather check it is the right treatment.

Fifty minutes in Room 1, £180, redeemable against whatever you go on to have — including nothing.
